    Leigh Marrs, Co-Owner, RN, CCM


    Leigh Marrs is a seasoned Registered Nurse and case management professional with more than three decades of nursing experience. She began her career in 1992 in bedside care within a cardiac unit, later expanding her clinical expertise to include psychiatric nursing and ambulatory surgery. Her leadership abilities led to her role as Director of Nursing for multiple ambulatory surgery centers across several states.

    Since 2010, Leigh has specialized in case management with a strong focus on workers’ compensation. In 2011, she transitioned into managing corporate compliance claims for a national insurance company, where she developed advanced expertise in navigating complex claims, coordinating care, and facilitating effective return-to-work strategies. As a former regional manager and educator for a case management company, she combined operational leadership with professional development, earning her Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential in 2015 and reinforcing her commitment to industry best practices.

    In June 2021, Leigh leveraged her extensive clinical, leadership, and case management experience to become the owner-operator of an RN case management company. Her practice is focused on delivering comprehensive case management services, providing staff education to elevate industry standards, and conducting thorough utilization reviews to support cost-effective, high-quality care. Leigh accepts referrals in Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Clarksville, Russellville, and Little Rock.

  • Jackie Cooper

    Jackie Cooper, Co-Owner, RN, CCM


    Jackie Cooper is an experienced Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with more than three decades of dedication to patient care and clinical leadership. She earned her Associate Degree of Nursing in 1992 and later advanced her education by completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011.

    Throughout her career, she has served in key leadership roles, including Nurse Leader for a 16 bed Intensive Care Unit and Cardiopulmonary Diagnostic Coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in complex clinical management and multidisciplinary collaboration.

    In 2014, she transitioned into field case management, applying her extensive clinical background to support injured workers and coordinate high-quality, cost-effective care. She earned her Case Management Certification (CCM) in 2018, further solidifying her expertise in guiding patients through the recovery process.

    In June 2021, she became an owner-operator RN Case Manager, providing personalized, hands-on case management services across Northwest Arkansas, Mountain Home, Harrison, Springfield (Missouri), and Tulsa (Oklahoma). Her approach is rooted in compassionate advocacy, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every individual she serves.

    Crystal Gilbert, RN, CCM


    Crystal Gilbert brings a diverse healthcare background spanning nursing administration, utilization review, mental health, family practice, and healthcare marketing. With experience in both clinical care and administrative leadership, she offers a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey. Her expertise includes workers’ compensation case management, multidisciplinary care coordination, clinical assessment, utilization review, patient advocacy, and return-to-work planning. Crystal is committed to improving communication, streamlining care processes, and supporting individuals with complex medical needs.

    In her current role, she provides workers’ compensation case management throughout Northeast Arkansas, Western Tennessee, and Northern Mississippi. She works closely with insurers, employers, and medical providers to ensure injured workers receive timely, appropriate care and a smooth, safe return-to-work experience. Her approach emphasizes compassion, clarity, and empowerment, helping each client navigate the healthcare system with confidence.

  • Nichole Sanders

    Nichole Sanders, RN, CCM


    Nichole Sanders is an experienced RN Case Manager with Integrity Consulting Services, serving the Fort Smith, Northwest Arkansas, Russellville, Conway, Little Rock, and Tulsa regions. With a robust background that includes 14 years in workers’ compensation (three of which have been dedicated to case management) she brings deep expertise and a focused understanding of orthopedic care. Her professional history spans roles as the Work Comp Coordinator for Mercy Orthopedics for three years and a decade in Occupational Medicine, solidifying orthopedics as both her specialty and passion.

    Her extensive experience has equipped her with highly transferable skills in communication, critical thinking, care coordination, and patient advocacy. She approaches each claim with an open mind and a commitment to helping every injured worker reach maximum medical improvement and return to full duty with efficiency, diligence, and compassionate support. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels informed, empowered, and guided throughout the recovery process.

    Kim Martin, RN, CCM


    Kim Martin is an experienced registered nurse and case manager who has been practicing nursing since 2005, bringing more than 16 years of acute surgical care experience to her role. Her clinical background includes working alongside specialists in orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastics, general surgery, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, and other surgical disciplines. For 14 years, Kim served as a charge nurse on a busy surgical unit, where she balanced patient care while overseeing treatment plans, coordination, and progress.

    Kim’s extensive acute care experience has strengthened her skills in leadership, critical thinking, care coordination, and patient advocacy. In 2018, she earned her Orthopaedic Certified Nurse (OCN®) credential, further enhancing her ability to support patients with complex musculoskeletal needs. Her approach to care is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a strong patient-first mindset—values shaped by her upbringing in a small, close-knit community.

    After several years as a travel nurse, gaining exposure to a wide range of procedures and clinical protocols, Kim transitioned into case management at Baxter Health in 2021. She joined our team in 2024, where her dedication to service and commitment to doing what’s right have made her a trusted resource on complex claims, helping injured workers navigate challenges and achieve the best possible outcomes.

With a diverse background spanning long-term care, ambulatory care, HIV/AIDS case management, acute care (Orthopedics, Urology/Med-Surg), utilization review, and nursing education, she brings a comprehensive and holistic perspective to patient care.

    Jessie Wright is a seasoned registered nurse with 17 years of clinical experience and a valuable addition to our team. She supports our utilization management efforts by assisting with pre-certifications for surgical procedures and diagnostic services. Her diverse clinical background includes cardiology and oncology, followed by a decade in emergency medicine, providing her with a strong foundation in high-acuity patient care and rapid clinical decision-making.

    Jessie’s professional journey also includes developing and managing an online triage program prior to transitioning into case management and utilization review. This experience has strengthened her skills in clinical assessment, care coordination, and healthcare resource optimization. Her approach emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and patient-centered decision-making to support timely access to medically necessary care.

    Outside of work, Jessie resides in Frisco, Texas with her husband, two children, and their Bernedoodle. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
